The German Association for Real Estate (IVD e.V.) established an arbitration body in cooperation with the German Consumer Association for Private House Builders (VPB e.V.). This arbitration body shall especially settle disputes between consumers and members of the IVD e.V. through out-of-court arbitration processes.
ASTRON Immobilien-Kontor GmbH is a member of the IVD e.V. and is obliged to submit a written statement against the arbitration body on the basis of the Articles of Association of the IVD e.V., if this arbitration body initiates an arbitration process. ASTRON Immobilien-Kontor GmbH does not take part in arbitration processes at other arbitration bodies, in general.
